Dimple processing on alumina
Using a femtosecond laser, dimple processing was performed on alumina.
A hemispherical concave shape with a diameter of 100μm, a pitch of 150μm, and a depth of 30μm is created in a staggered arrangement at an angle of 60 degrees.
